Personal
I enjoy spending time with my husband, Michael, and my children, Sebastian, and Joshua. Michael and I own a Cirrus SR22 aircraft and have been known to fly the entire family to business conferences or to meet with out-of-state clients. Every March, when we just need a break from Chicago winters, we have flown down to Ft. Myers, Florida, to visit family.
When we are at home, we spend a lot of time out of doors. I love to garden and my kids sometimes help. We attend most of the events of the Chicago Area Orienteering Club and I work out and run just for fun. We also like to hike, canoe, and camp.
I find I need a lot of intellectual stimulation. I enjoy Lyric Opera performances, participate in a book club, and have "game days" with friends. During my commute, I enjoy The Teaching Company history classes. I have quite a collection and often lend out my favorite courses.
